 16.  What is the first thing you do every day?  What is the last thing?  How do these things make you feel?

First thing in the morning, I review my day--kind of like setting intentions and getting mentally organized for the day.  The last thing is usually a meditation or body scan for sleep.  Having these daily rituals provides shape for the day.
