Thing one: Usually when I don't feel well I am a major grump. But I'm in a great mood.
Thing two: So far, surgery and recovery are not what I expected. Which is a good thing because I was prepared to be immobilized with pain.
Thing three: I'm really curious to have my follow-up appointment to get to talk to the doctor, it seems like nothing was what he expected. There was no sign of cirrhosis of the liver but the gallbladder was worse than expected.

I am glad your recovery is going well! I was in a lot of pain, but I had complications. Such great news!
