Waiting for the procedure was the hardest part. Waking up was kind of weird. It went according to plan and there was NO SIGHT of cirrhosis. But the gallbladder was worse than expected. I couldn't wait to come home and eat something light.

Give yourself a bit and take it easy. It's not too bad. My husband left on a trip to the day after my gall bladder surgery. I had two young kids at home so I was driving and doing my normal life except for heaving lifting within two days. Not the recommended, I'm sure, but it wasn't bad. You do what you have to do.
What good news about your liver! Yea! Now concentrate on healing.
