22. Do you enjoy your job? Yes, I do enjoy my teaching job. I enjoy it more now than when I began. Distance learning is a whole new way of teaching, and I feel like I'm slowly getting some ideas on how to be effective. I admit I don't like being remote--I like being with my students. I work diligently to create an environment for all of my students to feel welcome and ready to learn and through a computer screen is not the same as in person. I enjoy lesson planning. I enjoy laughing with the kids. I enjoy exploring ideas and watching them grow as thinkers.

You're so much hipper than I am! I think you get that from your students, and I'm jealous. It seems to come naturally to you, where to me, keeping up feels like a chore.
