Thing one: the meeting my colleagues and I had with the new principal went very well and everyone is on the same page now.
Thing two: although Maine is still in the clutches of a major heatwave, I am not miserable. Weather extremes usually make me uncomfortably sensitive--but not today!
Thing three: I find a significant difference when wearing my compression garments--the swelling in my ankles isn't nearly as painful or massive. I need to be diligent and wear them even in this heat!
