Thing one: I can't believe how summer has flown by. There are 25 days until school workshops begin.
Thing two: I love the outfit I'm wearing today. I chose it because it makes me feel comfortable and pretty. No one is going to see it, though, because I'm hanging around the house--not going anywhere. And I'm okay with that.

I watched a Magnum PI rerun with my niece. It didn't LOOK old to me. There were technology things that stood out -- no cell phones, phone books, computers that fill up a room -- but the cars, decor and clothes all looked fine to me. She was in stitches over phallic cars, the men in short-shorts and the dark paneling everywhere. So I'm a dinosaur.
How are you feeling about school? Still ambivalent?
I had to wear nice blouses and full makeup for a pair of Zoom meetings this week. First time I gave my clothes any thought in weeks (and I was wearing shorts because no one could see). So kudos to you for keeping up appearances.
