Emotional = spending time writing about my feelings
Spiritual = spent some time meditating
Personal = worked on my old laptop, deleting all my personal files
Social = texted with my Pennsylvania sister all afternoon
Household = sorted through a bin of clothing to get some donations
Pampering = had some ice cream for supper
