Thing one: There is a bird outside my window (in a tree) with a song that makes me so happy. Finally we are enjoying perfect spring weather! My mood has significantly boosted!
Thing two: Since I mentioned how terribly I've been sleeping, I took a sleep aid and got a great night's sleep and am back on track with regular sleeping hours. I feel so much better!
Thing three: My eldest sister is turning 60 in June. I'm trying to figure out what to get her for a gift. Suggestions? Covid-19 has dashed some of the ideas I already considered.

Can you give your sister the promise of something? Like a road trip you two could take together. You could give her a map and mark the places you'll stop along the way. That will show her you've been planning, and that you want to give her the gift of your time and making a special memory.
