I LOVED Salem's Lot, both the book and the mini-series starring David Soul.

Very scary.

So what is Stephen King like? I always wonder about people who write such dark stuff...like what on earth is going on in their minds while the rest of us are thinking about what to cook for dinner?!

My son is a huge King fan and would be very jealous.
