I was feeling very much the same yesterday. It had me in a real funk. I finally took the dog for a walk in the evening and then stood in that new shower. I felt sort of human after that. I hope today is a better day for you. Happy Easter!
I uderstand the urge to go out. After my morning walk I want to stay out - but I can't. It's rather annoying sometimes isn't it?
:o)
Cheers

Niggly-wiggly?!!! That is the most interesting thing I've heard so far today :)
I had that fight-or-flight/get-me-outta-here moment on Friday afternoon. I just had to go outside! (Or what? Or I'd cry, I guess.) I think it's interesting that we all suffered it this week.
I haven't been to the Postsecret site in ages. Thanks for reminding me of it. Hang in there. This too will pass. It just might seem to take 100 years.
I am reading too. I am currently reading What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty. I like it! It is odd though, I am not reading as much as I did last summer or over Christmas, so I am reading super slow...which is ok because the library is closed anyway and I only have a few books. Loved your answers! Have a Blessed Easter!
