I found this wonderful blog, Lymphosaurus Rex, with a great video explaining the leg wrapping part of lymphedema treatment. Mine is both legs to the knee and I am not wrapping my own legs yet. Her disclaimer is that yes, she is wearing shorts and no, you cannot see her butt.
