Thing two: If you've read my blog for any time, you know I love staying at hotels. And I will be tonight. Luckily, as the only female, I will have my own room.
Thing three: One of my colleagues' brothers is the executive chef at a gastropub in Southern Maine--where the workshop is located--and we'll be having dinner there. It looks very cool!

Did your hotel still have the little shampoo? I've heard some chains are doing away with them. I get the environmental reason, but those little shampoos ALWAYS make me smile.
