Because Halloween is so close to my birthday I always had costume parties growing up. Costumes and Halloween have always been a big deal. Luckily, my dad was the director of the drama club and my sisters and I had access to costumes and stage makeup. I will say the nun habit (from Nunsense) was my best costume ever.
