I am...
Reading: just starting Two Girls Down
Listening to: the laptop cooling pad fan is loud, it might be dying
Loving: waking up without an alarm--sleeping in, not hurrying or rushing
Thinking: making a list of projects I would like to complete over this school break
Feeling: optimistic
Celebrating: Potato Harvest Break--which is a two-week break from school. Back in the day, there were so many family farms that relied on manual labor (their own children and other kids) that the family would pull the kids from school to help with the harvest. I am not so sure why we continue having Harvest Break as most kids do not do the manual harvest jobs which have become mechanized and you need to be at least 18 to operate the machines. It was a rite of passage when I was a kid. Now, not so much. But it's a tradition.
Grateful for: nothing urgent needing to be done
Weather: currently 74 degrees and mostly cloudy
Enjoying: Dunkin' iced coffee

Spooky. As of last night my new banner is three girls gathering potatoes. And just recently celebrated Tsukimi. Harvest Moon Viewing.
