Thing One: Even though it is in the low 80s, my apartment is not uncomfortably hot.

Thing Two: A student confided some personal family matters to me--I am honored that I can be a safe person for her to talk to.

Thing Three: I've been asked to chaperone a school trip to Washington, DC and New York City. The superintendent is encouraging me to put this together. I hope to generate some excitement and interest among the students--it's scheduled for mid-April 2021.
