I went through my calendar today to make sure I have appointments for all my health care needs--my annual physical is tomorrow, a dental check up in April, my eye appointment is in May, and a mammogram in July. Check, check, and check!
Then I went through emails and unsubscribed from a LOT of sales alert notices and other routine emails that clutter up the inbox.

That is such a good idea! I bet unsubscribing will help you stay on top of your finances because you won't be tempted by easy, point-and-click impulse purchases.
