Three things from my yearly physical:

1) My PA and I have been together for about 20 years. We have a great relationship. How many people begin and end their yearly physical with a huge hug? She is intuitive--and we work together well.

2) Weight is down! Blood pressure is stable (and down)!

3) It's remarkable that I don't have aches and pains at my age and size. But I don't. Lucky me! I'm happy and healthy!
