I won't say I "ignore" this advice, but I can't ever keep it straight in my fuzzy, stuffy head. "Wait! Am I supposed to feed a fever? Feed the cold? Huh?"
So thank you for reassuring me that by blowing this off I haven't done any damage to myself.
