I’ve asked before how you feel about lending your books. I’ve asked how you feel about libraries. But—how do you feel about borrowing books from friends? Is this something you like to do? Does it make you feel uncomfortable or rushed while reading? Does it affect how you feel about the book you’re reading, pressured into liking it? From the archives.

I don't like borrowing books from friends mostly because I read (almost) exclusively on my Nook. It feels weird to hold a heavy book in my hands. And reading in bed isn't nearly as convenient. Plus I feel rushed. And then there's the whole book talk thing--what if I don't like the book??

I read mostly on my Nook, too. I don't even like reading a real book anymore. The Nook has spoiled me for life! So much easier to read in bed!! And that is where I do most of my reading!
