If you could change one thing about the world, what would you change and why?

I would make all the weapons of mass destruction into bubble guns. Ok, seriously, I would make tolerance mandatory--not acceptance, because tolerance and acceptance aren't the same thing. But I would eradicate hate. Although bubble guns would be seriously cool.
