Do you keep a list of the books you’ve read? Books you want to read?

For books I've read: I started keeping a list on my blog. And then I joined Goodreads' yearly reading challenge--so there's a list. And I decided to keep a Pinterest board of book covers.

For books I want to read: I don't have an organized way of keeping track, other than their either books I own, on my Nook, or are books I'm interested in on Goodreads. Although now that I think about it, I do have shelves on my Nook that are set up either by genre, author, or book club.
