musing mondays

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• I’m currently reading…
• Up next I think I’ll read…
• I bought the following book(s) in the past week…
• I’m super excited to tell you about (book/author/bookish-news)…
• I’m really upset by (book/author/bookish-news)…
• I can’t wait to get a copy of…
• I wish I could read ___, but…
• I blogged about ____ this past week…

This week’s random question: Do you have any particular “quirks” when it comes to reading? (eg. taking notes while reading, etc)

I think my only quirk is that I prefer reading on my Nook than physical books. I like being able to adjust the font size and the lighting on the Nook Glowlight.

It took me a while to get used to e-book reading, but now it is my preferred method, too.

The only thing I don't like is how you can't readily flip back to check on things...but that's why note-taking is necessary.

Here is my MUSING MONDAYS POST

I'm the exact opposite. I prefer physical books.

prefer the physical myself as well but the ebooks are useful when my wrists give up on me - I don't really have quirks

The glowlight on my Nook is like the greatest invention! I pretty much only read at night in bed, so my Nook is perfect for that. BUT I do love reading physical books. It's just hard to do at night.
