Which is better (or preferred) … stories with multiple character points of view? Or stories that stick to just one or two at most? And, why? From the archives.
I don't have a preference, I enjoy both techniques. Particularly if the point of view is authentic to the characters. I've had issues with books that didn't ring true (I'm glaring at you, Poisonwood Bible!) Shifting points of view was used well by Gillian Flynn in Gone Girl.
