musing mondays

Musing Mondays asks you to muse about one of the following each week…

• Describe one of your reading habits.
• Tell us what book(s) you recently bought for yourself or someone else, and why you chose that/those book(s).
• Tell us what you’re reading right now — what you think of it, so far; why you chose it; what you are (or, aren’t) enjoying about it.
• What book are you currently desperate to get your hands on? Tell us about it!
• Do you have a bookish rant? Something about books or reading (or the industry) that gets your ire up? Share it with us!
• Instead of the above questions, maybe you just want to ramble on about something else pertaining to books — let’s hear it, then!

I saw these questions at Musings From A Bookmammal and thought I would borrow a couple of them:

More bookish questions:

11. Favorite biography? I enjoyed Carol Burnett's autobiography

12. Favorite reading snack? Not much of a snacker because I read in bed a lot

13. Favorite Poet? ee cummings or Robert Frost

14. How often have you returned books to the library unread? I used to do that all the time because I would get the 7 day titles and not have enough time to finish them

15. Favorite film adaptation of a novel? the Harry Potter series

16. Most disappointing film adaptation? the last Twilight film

17. Name a book that made you angry. The Poisonwood Bible

18. A book that you expected to like but didn’t? The New Me

19. Favorite book you’ve read this year? that's tough, I've read a lot of great books this year

20. Do you read ahead or skip pages? no to both
