Spygirl: True Adventures from My Life as a Private Eye Clever premise. But after a while I got bored because there wasn't much adventure in being a private eye but a lot of adventure of being a twenty-something in the City. After a while I got kind of tired of all the smoking and drinking, it made me feel like an old woman. It's hard to keep in mind that this is non-fiction because some of the people are such quirky characters and the office setting is dysfunctionally funny.
