1) I detest weather extremes--when it's well-below zero or above 80 degrees and humid, I am miserable.
2) I can be an impulsive shopper. Can be, who am I kidding? I am an impulse shopper.
3) The Supreme Court's decision about birth control and insurance has baffled me. I need to read more about the decision to know what the Justices were interpreting. Because... really?
4) It's Buy A Friend A Book Week and I've bought two new mysteries for myself. Whoops! Guess I better send one to a friend.
5) I bought the most gorgeous strawberries today. Just letting the whipped cream set before I dig in!
6) Sometimes I wonder if I spend too much time by myself. I'm turning into an introvert.
7) I think I've decided that I'm not going to go to my 30th class reunion this summer. I usually go and usually enjoy them. I don't know why I've been dragging my heels with this decision. Most of the people I want to visit with aren't going to be there. That's what's convincing me to not go.
8) I need to call my hairdresser to get rid of the gray at my temples. People say it's not noticeable because of my hair color but I notice it.
9) When I comment on a blog, I don't often return to see if a conversation has started. I never know if I'm supposed to reply to comments on my own blog. Evidence that I really don't know what I am doing.
10) On days like today--when I haven't done much of anything--I feel guilty taking a nap. But all I want to do is nap.

I wish there was an easier way to start a conversation on blogs without having to keep going back. I guess I could check the email follow-up comments box but sometimes my email box is so full.....I'm turning into an introvert also. Or maybe I always was. I don't know. I quit touching up the grey roots when Richard went into Hospice and now I am pretty salt and pepper....getting more salty every single day!
I usually reply with "Thanks ___" to comments on my blog, but I don't think I've ever gotten a conversation started, though I'd love to when I talk about movies and such.
