July 7: What I did today.
I went on a road trip! To Central Maine (about 3.5 hours south) for some shopping at Barnes & Noble. Really, that was the destination. Because we're book geeks. Left at 7:30, arrived home at 5:45. It didn't start to rain until I got home.

Love it! Of course, the highlight of my summer is the library book sale (August 1).
I used to abide by the "book store rule." That is, if we're shopping and we see a bookstore, we must go in.
Sounds like a good road trip to me. My closest B&N is only 50 miles away. But I do all my buying on-line now days
