Linking up with Ten On Tuesday this week.
Ten things I wish I knew more about:
1) Musical instruments. I wish I knew more about music--how to play an instrument.
2) HTML. I wish I knew more about programming and programs, web design, etc.
3) Photography. Specifically digital photography and Photoshop.
4) Economics. How to teach it, specifically. I have a fairly good grasp on personal finances and investing but I don't know if I could teach a course on it.
5) Genealogy. I need to learn more about my family's story.
6) Sewing. I wish I could quilt and sew, although I have so much fun with knitting, I don't want to get too crafty!
7) Car mechanics. I should take a basic automotive class so I have a better clue about what's going on with my car.
8) Organizational structures. For instance, benevolent groups like the Red Cross--what is the infrastructure like and how does it work? Is it efficient?
9) Gardening. Most of my colleagues are avid gardeners and I feel like I'm missing out when we do garden tours. Mostly because I don't know what they're talking about, although I appreciate the efforts they've made with fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
10) Career paths. I wish I knew what else I could do with my skill set. I mean, I love what I'm doing now but I don't see myself doing it for another fourteen years. I know I need to update my resume. That's going to be one of my summer goals.

Excellent list. A lot of those were on mine and you have some that I wish I had thought of! Genealogy is a great one.
I love the variety of your list -- I hadn't thought of genealogy, but I wish I'd included it on my list as well.
Have you had the chance to talk to your dad about family history?
I hear you on the last one. I really need to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life.
