Today is my dear sister's 50th birthday. I don't think it is as celebratory for her as it is for me. As a matter of fact, she is kind of dreading it. But I hope the flowers I sent and the little gifts I sent and the e-cards that have started arriving make up for it.

I'm approaching the big 5-0 but I sure don't feel like it. My 30's were fun. I think that's one of the best decades. Happy birthday to your sister!
