1. What book’s pages seemed to fly by as you read them?
the last book I "couldn't put down" was Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling's pseudonym)
2. What’s a book you were pretty sure you would dislike but turned out to be great?
I thought I would hate The Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling--her first book for adults, but I loved it!
3. What book’s main character would you fall in love with if you knew him or her in real life, and why?
probably Bernie Little from the Chet & Bernie mysteries by Spencer Quinn because he's a war hero and an underdog. I have a soft spot for underdogs.
4. Who’s the author you’ve read the most books by?
either Maeve Binchy or Stephen King--yeah, they're completely opposite genres
5. What’s a really long book you enjoyed?
the longest book I read in 2013 was Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky and I loved it!
