friday 5

Pages

  1. What book’s pages seemed to fly by as you read them?
  2. the last book I "couldn't put down" was Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith (JK Rowling's pseudonym)
  3. What’s a book you were pretty sure you would dislike but turned out to be great?
  4. I thought I would hate The Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling--her first book for adults, but I loved it!
  5. What book’s main character would you fall in love with if you knew him or her in real life, and why?
  6. probably Bernie Little from the Chet & Bernie mysteries by Spencer Quinn because he's a war hero and an underdog. I have a soft spot for underdogs.
  7. Who’s the author you’ve read the most books by?
  8. either Maeve Binchy or Stephen King--yeah, they're completely opposite genres
  9. What’s a really long book you enjoyed?
  10. the longest book I read in 2013 was Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky and I loved it!
