Someone who fascinates you and why.
I have a colleague who fascinates me. She's a middle-age, radical, liberal, socialist, vegan, hippie. We're in book group together and I've witnessed her transformation over the years. It's funny that when I love a book she won't love it, she might be "meh" about it. And that gives us a lot to talk about. She's striving to live an authentic life and I admire that.

Generally people who choose to be authentic fascinate me as well.
