Day 13, Monday: Issue a public apology. This can be as funny or as serious or as creative as you want it to be.
Dear Seniors:
I am sorry that we still have twenty days of school. I'm sorry that I plan to work those days. Summer vacation has not started yet. Graduation hasn't come yet. We still have things to work on. Yes, I know, you've been accepted at college and the work we're doing now is inconsequential in terms of affecting your grades for the future. I know. I know. I know.

How true this is! Hard for a senior to keep their mind on the mundane!
Love that you still make them work. Heck, if you have to be there to work, so should they.
Ah yes, I remember it well.
Hah! I was one of those seniors four years ago, and I suspect that come spring, I'll be one of those seniors again ;) Just keep at it and don't let them get too ahead of themselves. If you have to work, they should too!
That's a "neener!" if I ever heard one. :) Have a great end of the year!
