One of my first blog friends was The Gal Herself at the blog One Gal's Musings. She is what I envision Mary Richards to be like today--a modern, single woman who's on a journey to be the best she can be; sharing stories of her life and her interests along the way. I aspire to be the friend she is. Her pursuits and interests are similar to mine--books, theater, movies, and music. She lives the city life I miss out on. Plus she's a fantastic writer!
