The best piece of advice I have ever received is one I happily share with any and everyone: "Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom." My grandmother told that to me when I was traveling frequently. They have turned out to be words to live by.

that's good solid advice. even presume you have to if there's the chance. it's a good chance to collect oneself.
