What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Easy enough: Ben & Jerry's Wavy Gravy: caramel and cashew Brazil nut ice cream with a chocolate hazelnut fudge swirl and roasted almonds. It tasted the most like European ice cream. Unfortunately, it is not cost effective to make.
