Describe your location.
I live at the edge of the United States. I am closer to New Brunswick and Quebec than I am to my state capitol. There are more moose than people. I am surrounded by trees. And hills. My hometown is the northeastern-most continental city in the United States. My state is the only single syllable named state. My state is bordered by only one other state. I live in the largest county north of the Mississippi River. It is remote. It is rural. There is no Starb*cks near here. Really. The nearest in the state is about 2.5 hours south of here. The closest is in Canada, about 90 minutes away. I have lived here my whole life, except for a year in Western Maine and 8 months in Ireland. This is home. Although I hate winter.

I think it sounds very exotic. I now imagine you as an aviatrix, like the heroine on Northern Exposure.
Maine is one of the state that I have never gotten to visit. YET!
I really want to visit your state, even if there is no green apron store. Do you see moose often? When is the best time to visit Maine? I am obsessed with the Northeast US.
Maine is one of the few states I *haven't* been to--sounds very neat!
I bet the winters are super harsh!
