Regrets. I truly have few. None of my regrets are significant. They all are little things, people I wish I had kept in contact with--that kind of thing. When I had my health scare in 2006, I evaluated and re-evaluated my life and realized it is what it is. I live much more in the moment now. And I have few regrets.

It really is essential to live in the moment, isn't it?
Good advice to all of us: To live in the moment
I don't live in the moment as much...because I have a toddler I'd like to duct tape to the wall most days.
:)
I have to remind myself to stay in the here and now. I spend too much time in the past or anticipating tomorrow. So this is a good reminder for me. As John Lennon once said, Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans."
great advice! :-)
