I noticed more whoopie pies on the national scene lately. When I was a kid, my mom - a displaced New Englander - used to make them and none knew what they were.
And I thought Kwizgiver was your full name...
I am not familiar with whoopie pies from my childhood. They look like they might be too sweet for my taste. I like real pies, so the pies on a stick that are on all the morning shows lately seem right up my alley.
Funny how people remember exactly where they were and what they were doing during moments like Lennon's death .
