knittery

I'm learning a lot of new skills in my knitting class. Today I turned the heel of my first sock. Unfortunately, I'll have another couple of weeks before my next class so it's a good thing this is a long term project.

I'm also working on my first mystery knit a long. A pattern by Stephen West. What makes it a mystery knit a long is that we don't have the whole pattern. Just parts are released each week for the next four weeks. What makes it a knit a long is that there are literally thousands of people knitting the same pattern at the same time. I'll post pictures when I make more progress.
