3. It's no surprise that my students forgot to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to the Ellis Paul concert, tomorrow my plans include errands and laundry and Sunday, I want to knit!

This was in an email from the DailyOM today and I'm keeping it for the next rainy day: On the next rainy day, imagine the rain washing away and cleansing your emotional body.
I've never heard of Ellis Paul. Does that make me tragically unhip?
Sorry about your students forgetting Teacher Appreciation. Coming as it does so close to Mother's Day, that might just be too much appreciation for inherently self-centered adolescents to spare all at once.
