1. What is your origin of your first name? What about any nicknames? a variation of my mother's mother's name and I have several nicknames which are all variations of that name, depending on which family member is speaking to me

2. Have you any claims to fame? nope

3. If you were famous, how would you introduce yourself to someone who had never heard of you? I would be myself

4. Which of your country's achievements do you hold in highest regard? the checks and balances preventing any one branch of government from having more power than the others

5. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? happy

6. What was your most prized possession as a child? Do you still have it? Teddy and sadly, no

7. What would you change about yourself, if you could? I really don't know

8. What are you obsessed with? knitting, George Clooney and sandals

9. What is your greatest achievement so far, or the high point of your career? I have been recognized by my peers as making contributions to our school

10. When/where were you happiest? I'm happy now

13. If you have any body modifications, which was most painful, or which do you regret the most? If you haven't got any, do you have any planned, or would you ever consider getting any? neither of my tattoos hurt as much as I thought they would, I don't regret them and I would love to get another

14. What is the most idiotic thing you have ever done while intoxicated? professing my love of the world

15. What is your favorite joke? I don't remember jokes, and I'm a terrible joke teller

16. What is the coolest/most impressive thing you own? probably my iPad

17. When did you last cry, and why? it's been awhile but it was because I was overwhelmed with different, warring emotions

18. What's the best piece of advice you've ever had? "Never pass up an opportunity to go to the bathroom"

19. Similarly, what's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for you? some students nominated me for a teaching award, The Golden Apple

20. Have you any vices? I am not as attentive to housekeeping as I probably should be

21. Do you regret anything? no, I really don't

22. What is the best invention ever? indoor plumbing

23. How would you describe your relationship with your family? awesome!

24. Who is your biggest inspiration? my dad and stepmom
