saturday 9

Home

1. Do you live close to where you grew up? Why? I live within a mile of where I was born and raised. Why? Because it's home. I used to be uncomfortable and slightly ashamed to say that but since I've traveled throughout Europe it's not like I'm a yokel who doesn't know about the outside world.

2. Have you ever been so angry that you almost lost control? no

3. Are you a fan of a musical act that slightly embarrasses you? lots of pop stuff, like George Michael

4. Is there a movie that always makes you cry? I get choked up in Four Weddings And A Funeral during the Funeral Blues scene.

5. Who is the most famous person that you've met? Stephen King? I went to a Halloween party at his home in the 80s.

6. Before you leave your home, what must you have? my keys

7. What do you miss the most about being a kid? someone else making decisions about unimportant things (such as: what's for dinner)

8. Tell us about a passion of yours that your readers would not expect. funky-shaped post it notes?

9. At what age do you think you'd be to think, “I've had a great run”? oh, uhm... 90?

Is there a cooler night to meet Stephen King? I don't think so. That's a great story.

I wonder how many answered "my keys" for #6. I did.
