Princess Bride is a wonderful movie, but it's an even BETTER book. If you ever come across it at the library, grab it! William Goldman's best.
OMG: Passion of the Christ! Yeah, I swore NEVER to watch that movie when it was out at the theaters. Yuck. That one's kind of a litmus test movie for me: people who loved it are people I don't want to talk to.
And Tom Hanks! Yeah. Love his voice.
I don't get Renee's appeal either. She was perfect in Jerry McGuire because she wasn't pretty.
We just put Princess Bride in to rewatch last night, but the kids woke up and somehow it got to be far to late to start it. Hopefully tonight.
And oh yes on Newman and Redford! Great choice!
Carol Burnett would be a hoot to meet.
