Ten things I do when I can't sleep:
1) Toss and turn. Really. I enjoy rolling around from side to side.
2) Read.
3) Sigh.
4) Get a drink of water.
5) Watch tv. Especially infomercials. Or QVC.
6) Play a mindless game, like Bejeweled or computer solitaire.
7) Play a concentration game, like Scrabble.
8) Count. Forward or backward.
9) Practice deep breathing.
10) Take a Tylenol PM.
