It's Elton John night. And all I'm focused on is Ryan Seacrest's hair.
First up is Scotty. Thankfully he's playing guitar so I don't have to watch his hand shenanigans on the microphone. But he's still got the dog fart sniffing expression. Who knew Elton John wrote a country song? And why do I dislike Scotty so much?
Naima is putting a reggae twist on I'm Still Standing. oy What is she wearing??????
It's 8:30 and I'm already bored. This is going to be a very long night. I may just head to bed early and fast forward through the nonsense tomorrow.

Pia has chosen the song that made Clay Aiken. It's hard to hear a woman sing Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me. And *shrug* she didn't kill it.
I'm still bored. Why am I watching? Steven Tyler's been too soft. Jennifer is trying to be constructive. Randy is trying to "keep it real". Too much talking not enough singing. I'm going to bed.

I totally gave up on this year's show. Last year was terrible, and I can't get excited about new judges.
