A most unusual day. My stepmother was sick and so it was just Dad & me for Thanksgiving. The restaurant was busy but not overly crowded. The meal was delish. We talked the whole time, it was nice to have some one-on-one time with Dad. Then we went back to his house and watched Young Victoria and then my sister joined us and we hung out longer. And Barb started feeling better so she joined us, too.
Not at all what I was expecting but a very nice day.

Glad you had a good one! It's nice to be able to have some one-on-one time with a parent now and then.
