I loved it because one of the worst things I have ever done, professionally, was handle firings. I'm proud of the way I did it, though. I faced the people on my team myself and I let them vent. They deserved to respond to their supervisor. Even though that was 7 years ago, it still looms large in my legend, and Up in the Air reinforced that there is a dignity to doing it correctly.
And I loved discovering George's vaccination scar.

I loved it! Saw it with my sister who doesn't fire people but travels like crazy, who kept saying "we soo do that".
