So I'm supposed to be writing daily affirmations in a journal as an assignment for therapy. But I'm really having a hard time. All I can think of is Stuart Smalley from Saturday Night Live.
Does it have to be self-affirmation? We could all say something nice about you each day that you could record if that's allowed. I'll go first.
Even though we've never met face to face, you are one of the best friends I've ever had. You never fail to make me feel loved, cherished, liked, supported, affirmed, and even hugged every single day.

Love you bunches!!!
First off -- Don't you love that Stuart Smalley is now a United States Senator?
Second, send your mind back to May 12. You listed 10 things that day that you were good at. Revisiting that list seems like a good place to start.
Thanks! Both of you helped me clarify how I'll use the journal.
Actually, Gal, what I thought I would do is start the August Happiness Challenge early--and use the happiness as my journaling.
