Tonight's Idol makes me feel old. The contestants sang songs from the year they were born.Adam, as much as I hate to admit it, was the best. I wanted the song to go on. Even Simon gave him a standing ovation, and I don't think I've ever seen Simon give a standing ovation. Kris was just ok, Lil was a Tina Turner copycat, Matt didn't impress me, Allison was really quite good, Anoop was better this week than last, Danny was hammy and Scott needs to go home.

I agree 110%! I have decidedly unwholesome 1980s memories attached to all those songs, and while I was indulging in /never mind/, these contestants were NEWBORNS!
Adam will win the whole shebang. I think either Kris or Lil will go home. I can't judge Scott objectively, because I hate power ballads.
