update

Feeling more energized but still not feeling well. I hope this crud doesn't last long--but from what I've heard it lingers a long, long time. I'm sick of tea.

I am so sorry to hear about this! I was sick for about 5 weeks and thought I'd never get well. I second the comments about chicken soup & garlic - and suggest lemonade, too.

It seems like you've been feeling crummy for a while now. Is there a Walgreen's/Take Care clinic near you? Or a CVS Minute Clinic? If there's something that can shorten this, or lessen the severity, you should take it.
